Embedded Intelligence Analyst - Team Lead at Sibylline Ltd — Remote
Full job description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Intelligence professional to join our team in an embedded Team Lead role supporting a global technology company. Working remotely (eligible states) from within the United States and reporting directly to the client’s Security Manager, the successful candidate will lead a small team of embedded analysts responsible for delivering timely, actionable intelligence across the Americas and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to shape and mature an intelligence program while building trusted partnerships with stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

In addition to producing high-quality intelligence assessments and briefings, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day leadership to the analyst team, establish intelligence priorities, support complex investigations, and drive continuous improvement across reporting, workflows, and program performance. The role requires strong analytical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable intelligence that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, working standard business hours Monday through Friday.
