Properties get two things from us: qualified renters who only cost anything at lease signing, and Aiden (goaiden.ai), our AI marketing team that runs a community’s entire weekly marketing; Google Business, Instagram, TikTok, ads, and AI-search visibility, for $199/month. We’re live in nine markets including LA, Seattle and Chicago, and we’re going to market now. You’ll work directly with the founders.
