What You Will Do: Responsible for working with organizations to improve processes, policies, and guidance. Simplifies and streamlines operations and programs. Provides solutions such as Business Process Innovation, Cost Reduction Strategies, Performance Metrics, Process Analysis and Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Design Implementation Planning, Lean Six Sigma Assessment, Lean Management.
- Supports enterprise-wide financial management and internal control assessments aligned with OMB A-123, leading to identification of risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps
- Delivers key artifacts for assessment, risk ratings, and recommendation reporting with follow-on remediation roadmaps that include governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Applies Power BI, Power Apps, and ServiceNow analytics to improve reporting and decision support
- Coordinates stakeholders and manages assessment workstreams supporting enterprise modernization
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED DHS "PULBIC TRUST" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- TWO (2) or more years of Federal Independent Assessment or other audit experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Experience with Power BI, Power App, and/or ServiceNow
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
