Overview: As Audit Service Delivery Lead at SQA Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting SQA’s Audit family of products. This role operates under the direction of the Director of Operations and serves as the primary point of accountability for scheduling execution, team output, and operational health across the Audit family of products. The successful candidate will own team output, proactively identify operational risks before they escalate, and serve as the first line of process improvement awareness for Audit Operations.
