About the role

We are seeking a VP, Brand Strategy to shape what brands stand for, where they need to go, and why they matter. This role owns the strategic foundation that helps brands uncover their sharpest point of differentiation, connect more meaningfully with audiences, and create a clear path for long-term growth. This individual will serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for clients and internal teams, ensuring brand strategy drives sharper positioning, stronger audience connection, more effective creative work, and measurable business impact. They will bring clarity to complexity, align teams around a shared strategic vision, and help turn insight into work that moves the brand forward.
