Our Global Technology and Operations (GTO) business has embarked on a major transformation of its technology platforms to deliver modern global financial solutions to our clients across Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Asset Management.
We are looking for a business-minded, technically oriented executive leader with the energy, edge, and execution mindset to drive enterprise-scale technology transformation across Global Post Trade Engineering. In this senior leadership role, you will set the engineering vision and operating model for products and initiatives within the Global Post Trade Engineering organization, partnering closely with Product and business leadership to translate multi-year strategy into an actionable roadmap, measurable outcomes, and scalable delivery plans. You will build and lead high-performing engineering teams, shape architecture and product strategy, and establish governance to ensure disciplined execution, risk management, resiliency, and regulatory readiness. You will influence at the highest levels, aligning stakeholders across functions and regions while ensuring teams deliver modern, secure, “infinitely” scalable solutions through rigorous engineering practices. From an architecture and design perspective, you will balance innovation with pragmatic decision-making, driving standards and repeatable patterns that accelerate delivery and improve quality at scale.

Strategy and Vision
- Define and drive the long-term strategy for responsible business areas in post trade, their provisioning through shared platforms, and availability as capabilities used across post trade engines in clearing and settlement and elsewhere in the organization as required
- Establish a architecture and delivery roadmap that balances priorities, reduces technical debt, enhances scalability and unlocks developer productivity
- Drive the consolidation of functionalities across projects and promote reuse
- Onboard Broadridge engines and products onto Broadridge’s platform and facilitate and promote the adoption of Broadridge’s integrated platform
- Partners with leaders across technology and the business to align technology investments with the company’s objectives
Product and Architecture Leadership
- Own the architecture and lifecycle of the modules and products as required – ensure they are scalable, secure, reliable and extensible
- Establish standards, patterns, and reference architectures that promote consistency across engineering teams
- Drive modernization initiatives to improve interoperability, performance and maintainability
- Govern the standards, implementation patterns and API interfaces in relevant business areas
Product and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with product, engineering, security and operations leaders to prioritise platform and common module investments and capabilities
- Drive the technology roadmap and its realization across relevant business areas
- Interpret business requirements into platform and technology strategies and measurable engineering deliverables and outcomes
- Mediate and manage competing priorities across multiple teams
Engineering Excellence
- Lead the delivery of engine technology, shared modules, libraries, frameworks and services that reduce the footprint, cost of ownership of enterprise engines, and accelerate time to market
- Drive delivery processes, release management and rationalize dependency management across relevant products
- Ensure observability and automation are baked into technology strategy
- Drive continuous improvement leading to gains in efficiency, quality, operating cost and time to market
- Foster cross functional partnerships with product, business and operations stakeholders
Operational Leadership
- Build, lead, mentor and develop high performing engineering leaders, senior technical leaders and engineering teams. Establish clear organizational structures, roles and ownership models to ensure effective execution.
- Lead co-located teams locally and across diverse geographies. Encourage accountability, cross team collaboration and alignment and engineering excellence
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, well-aligned accountability and responsibility, innovation and excellence
- Develop talent pipelines, plan succession and enable career development
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams
Salary Range: 280,000.00 – 300,000.00 USD annual
