Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 11517 Shelbyville Rd. location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Train and develop new team members
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the store manager to improve overall store performance
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
- Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and managing digital orders
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Food safety certification (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license (Preferred)
