Job Description

  • 100% Outpatient - NO CALL
  • Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
  • Patient Population: Medicare Advantage and fluent Spanish speaking
  • 12-18 patients daily

Education & Experience

  • MSN
  • Fluent Spanish needed due to patient demographics
  • MUST have a minimum of 3-5 years of NP experience in primary care, preferred in value based care model
  • Autonomous license
