Supplier Quality Engineer II
- Estimated annual base pay: $75,000.00 (minimum) - $97,000.00 (midpoint) - $120,000.00 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments of supplier quality metrics to ensure adherence to established standards and contractual requirements.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze complex quality issues, determining root causes and developing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Lead small scale improvement projects focused on enhancing supplier processes and product quality through the implementation of best practices.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, engineering, and production teams to align supplier quality objectives with overall business goals.
- Quality Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive quality reports and documentation to track supplier performance and support informed decision making.

- Quality Management: Proficient in implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure supplier compliance and product standards.
- Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in identifying and analyzing root causes of quality issues to develop effective corrective actions.

- Process Improvement: Adept at identifying and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.

- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in industry regulations and standards to ensure supplier and product compliance.
