Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!

Position Details:

Schedule | Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm plus occasional Saturdays.

Pay Rate | $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folder
• Manage the sales teams floor rotation and lunch schedule
• Manage the showroom calendar with vendors and appointment bookings

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
• Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business
• Strong communication and presentation skills
