About the Team

The P&T Business Partner team helps Workday leaders connect people strategy to business outcomes. Our team works closely with Workday's HR COEs and senior leadership in the business to create a connected ecosystem. About the Role

This is a hybrid role where you will be a People Business Partner supporting business leaders and a Talent Partner to P&P CoEs. This is a newly created role designed to elevate how Workday achieves talent outcomes within one of its most critical organizations. The role will be dotted-line reporting into the VP of Talent Management and Development.

For the People Business Partner role, you will partner with the Product / Solution Marketing leadership team working through business opportunities on how Workday best shares our product narrative to customers.

For the Talent Partner role, you will design, oversee, and guide the end-to-end talent management strategy for P&T.

Key focus areas of the role entail:

  • Strategic Advisor: Act as a dedicated team member on the Product/Solution Marketing leadership team advising them on how leadership can best support each other and team achieve aspired goals & OKRs.
  • Executive Leadership Development: Guide high-profile succession planning for high potential VP-level leaders, creating measurable development plans that build a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Program Design & Delivery: P&T lead for advising on design and implementation of core Talent Management programs, such as reimagining performance, potential, and calibration practices.
  • Talent Strategy Governance: Lead talent strategy governance for P&T by defining what are the right data-driven insights to track progress and drive continuous improvement through facilitation in P&P and business forums.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, or a related people-strategy discipline

  • Outstanding influencing skills through trust and clear communication
  • Proven ability to involve and align diverse groups of leaders and cross-functional partners in decision-making processes, that drive successful outcomes
  • The ability to create a holistic approach to identify patterns, anticipate impacts, and develop integrated solutions that address root causes rather than symptoms

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $172,800 USD - $259,200 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $145,900 USD - $259,200 USD
