The Position: We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative who is willing to help out the production team when needed. The pay range is based on experience. We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing. We also offer a comprehensive health insurance packages for full-time positions.
Requirements
1-3 years sales experience, Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and Mac computers Time Management and good written, oral communication, and basic math skills
Responsibilities
Answering customer phone calls and emails Providing material quotes and processing customer orders Providing Excellent Customer Service Monthly goals and objectives for service goals Cold calls and follow up calls to expand business Assisting the Production Team as needed.
The Location: This position is based in Kenosha, WI.
