Get to Know the Opportunity:

Responsible for coordinating facilities activities including space planning; administrative and facility contingency planning activities; safety coordinator; ergonomic assessments and facilities procurement. Responsible for coordinating maintenance and service for the site. Vendor management for services required for site. Oversee Physical Security Vendor and badging system. Manages internal moves and furniture installations to ensure positive customer satisfaction and to maintain appropriate inventory.

Please Note: This position has been designated as an essential worker and requires work to be performed full-time in your assigned office (Charleston, SC).

The Contributions You'll Make:

  • Manages internal moves and furniture installations for small scope projects ensuring compliance to company standards. Coordinate all aspects of the physical move including meeting with managers to discuss/plan move, develop floor plans, schedule moving dates, sub-contract help as needed, coordinate packing of boxes and marking of furniture, etc.
  • Participates in internal moves and furniture installations of a large scope including oversight of furniture installers and furniture purchases; assists in oversight of contract interior designers/architects. Reviews and approves design plans and installation schedules for adherence to company guidelines & budgets.
  • Develops space planning/workstation designs using CAD.
  • Maintains furniture inventory, including purchase, inspection and tracking of available and in-use materials.
  • Creates and updates monthly reports on: service requests, actual expense to project budgeted expense, etc.; updates CAD files to ensure plans are current.
  • Manages interior amenities (company art collection, signage, etc.) including redesign, removal, relocation, ordering and complaint resolution.
  • Manages physical security vendor and security system, provide all reporting aspects from badging system, daily, monthly and audit report request.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

  • Two-year associate or technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in commercial interior design, space planning, furniture systems
  • Knowledge of workstation/panel systems
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, multi-task, manage time effectively and demonstrate flexibility in responding to conflicting deadlines and priorities.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members and work independently without guidance.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

$60,000 - $70,000
