# Day in the Life

## Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment, including injections if needed.

• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards

•

# Schedule & Locations

• Primary center: Kensington
• Expected weekly hours: 30-2 hours
• Target Schedule:
• Sunday 7:00–12:00 = 5 hours

Wednesday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM = 10.5 hours Friday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM = 8 hours Saturday 7:30 AM–2:00 PM = 6.5 hours

# Education and Licensure Requirements

•

## Active and clear licensure in the state in which patient care will be provided.

•

## DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5 scheduling

•

## Credentialed through Medicaid and Medicare

•

## Experience in the field of substance abuse preferred.

•

## Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
