Full job description

  • Optimize occupancy at the property by working with prospective residents, existing residents, family members, and guests.
  • Maintain compliance of resident records with city, state, and federal programs.
  • Lease apartments while maintaining all local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Ensure building, grounds, and property are maintained at the highest standard of excellence through preventative maintenance systems and programs.
  • Prepare reports related to the operations of the community in the absence of the Property Manager.
  • You currently have a valid Driver's license.
  • You are able to professionally communicate and listen to residents, guests, and coworkers.
  • You are able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile residents.
  • You are able to express compassion and patience with your work, even when your job is stressful at times.
  • You are willing to be on call 24/7 and be the main point of contact for a property’s financials and emergencies.
  • You have excellent computer skills and are able to learn and navigate different software and applications easily.
