We're seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan, Co.
We offer:
- Starting Annual Salary - $108,100 to $141,850
- Relocation potential up to $5,000

Education
- Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Licensure:
- Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
Experience
- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
