What You'll Do

As the Bakery Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery while leading your team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bakery team.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Create schedules that support labor goals while meeting business needs.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high OSAT (Guest Satisfaction) scores.
• Drive bakery sales through local marketing, catering, fundraising, and community involvement.
• Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Monitor daily sales, labor, and operational metrics to achieve profitability goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bakery.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable experiences.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant, retail, or bakery management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience managing labor, food cost, and sales performance.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bakery, restaurant, or food service management experience.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and performance coaching.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
