You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering
- Experience in integration of C4I systems into an underlying SoS architecture
- Experience working at the program office level, such as NAVSEA, NAVWAR, or PEO C4I
- Knowledge of requirements definition, analysis of alternatives, and integration
- Knowledge of testing, training, production, installation, contracting, and assisting with budget planning
- Ability to support the Chief Engineer by providing technical guidance in addition to preparing briefing materials and correspondence
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with a large, complex project pre-Milestone B
- Experience working with international partners and foreign military sales
- Experience leading capability analysis in C4I systems, such as GCCS, Link-16, Link-22, or Classified Programs
- Knowledge of foreign navies
- Ability to communicate with a vast set of stakeholders shifting between technical and acquisition contexts while blending the two
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in an Engineering field preferred; Doctorate degree in an Engineering field a plus
