A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Warranty Coordinator, you’ll oversee and manage warranty repair efforts and the full warranty/claims process for assigned projects. Your day will include coordinating service agreements and contracts, support budget tracking, and managing purchase orders, invoicing, and billing to ensure projects stay on track. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve claims efficiently and accurately, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring all warranty work is completed on time and within budget.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
Sets up contracts and service agreements for warranty related work. I frequently work with Project Managers and Owner contacts. Coordinates, prepares and leads alignment meetings with various subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and other project stakeholders. Develops and maintains good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, landowners, co-workers, etc. Responsible for ensuring all needed materials and/or equipment is delivered to assigned Warranty projects.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Two to five years of construction related experience required.
WHAT SETS YOU APART
Construction warranty experience preferred. Skill in accounting (math and record-keeping). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Visio). Possess effective oral, presentational, and written communication skills. Organize and prioritize numerous tasks.

$68,684.00 - $99,593.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
