Strong oral and written communication skills to resolve design issues persuasively with subordinates, subcontractors, and clients. Communicates in a clear, precise and respectful manner with team Ability to use and manage Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Mathcad. Ability to independently develop models and perform analysis/design software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000. Knowledge of design and construction requirements for prestressed and post-tensioned concrete
