Full job description

Role Description

Form Energy is seeking a High Volume Contract Recruiter to scale our frontline manufacturing workforce at our flagship facility, Form Factory 1. In this role, you will be the driving force behind filling hourly production roles—such as Manufacturing Associates, Material Handlers, Controls Technicians, and Process Technicians—essential to launching and stabilizing our advanced automated production lines.

We are looking for an energetic, data-driven, and highly organized recruiting partner who excels in candidate-rich environments and thrives under aggressive hiring targets. This is a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity to execute batch-hiring strategies, lead local hiring events, and serve as the face of Form Energy within the regional workforce community. If you are passionate about building the teams that manufacture the future of grid-scale energy storage, this role is for you.

This role will be hybrid at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. Onsite presence is required 3 days a week.

This is a full-time, contract position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The hourly pay rate is flexible and will be commensurate with the candidate’s depth of high-volume recruiting experience. Please note that as a contract role, this position does not include employee benefits.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of hourly manufacturing positions, moving hundreds of applicants efficiently from application review through to onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Production Supervisors, Shift Managers, and Operations Leaders to establish clear weekly pipeline and onboarding targets.
  • Use ATS automations (Ashby) and local platforms (Indeed, Facebook) to quickly source qualified local talent.
  • Use a fast, structured interview process that prioritizes safety awareness, teamwork, and reliability.
  • Manage weekly high-volume offers, track metrics, and oversee background checks and drug screenings.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to high-volume hourly hiring within manufacturing, automotive, warehousing, or intensive industrial environments.
  • A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude to handle shifting targets and schedule disruptions calmly.
  • Ability to build rapport with everyone from factory floor technicians to plant executives.
  • A commitment to clean ATS data to accurately track hiring metrics (Time-to-Hire, passthrough rates).
