Recruiter- Engineering at Trilongroup — Orlando, FL

DRMP is a multi-discipline engineering and professional services firm delivering transportation, environmental, structural, and geotechnical solutions across the Southeast. As part of the Trilon Group family of companies, DRMP is growing aggressively in 2026 with an ambitious hiring plan to match. The Recruiter — Engineering supports DRMP’s Engineering business units as part of a two-person recruiting track. You will own your requisitions full-cycle, build direct relationships with hiring managers on your assigned roles, and execute against a high-volume req load of 10–15 active positions across a blended mix of seniority levels. You will work closely with the Senior Recruiter on your track, who sets sourcing strategy and serves as your daily collaborator and escalation point.
