About the Role

This is an early-stage Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate opportunity at a fast-growing AI-powered RegTech/AML SaaS company serving banks, payment service providers, and fintechs. You'll work directly with the founding team on the highest-priority commercial initiatives — owning top-of-funnel generation, supporting live customer deployments, and helping shape the GTM motion as the business scales.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a scrappy startup environment, enjoys direct engagement with senior stakeholders, and is eager to learn how enterprise compliance teams derive real value from AI products.

No visa sponsorship is available. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or Canada without sponsorship.

What You'll Do

  • Outbound prospecting: Own cold calling, personalised outreach, and daily dials to drive qualified meeting bookings with senior leaders at banks, PSPs, and fintechs.
  • Customer success support: Assist with pilots, join demos and onboarding sessions, and capture structured feedback to inform the product and GTM strategy.
  • Funnel & CRM operations: Maintain CRM hygiene, manage pipeline reporting, and track GTM experiments to ensure clean, data-driven commercial operations.
  • AI-powered automation: Build and maintain outreach sequences and AI automations that support clean handoffs between sales and success teams.
  • Event & community outreach: Run targeted outreach tied to industry events, conferences, and relevant community channels.
  • Insight generation: Sit in on customer calls and demos to surface pain points, identify expansion opportunities, and feed insights back to the founding team.
  • Conversion & expansion: Help move trial customers toward conversion and identify opportunities to expand use cases within existing accounts.
  • Process building: Implement scalable systems and processes that support commercial operations as the business grows.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a high-paced environment — VC-backed startup, tech sales, banking, or management consulting — or equivalent demonstrated impact (e.g. tier-1 university with strong extracurriculars or a meaningful side hustle).
  • Proven hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain AI-assisted automations for outreach sequencing.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers, ideally in fintech, banking, or compliance domains.
  • Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a self-starter mindset.
  • Comfortable working fully on-site 5 days a week in London, UK (near Waterloo St).
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom or Canada without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to KYC, AML, or regulatory compliance workflows.
  • Prior experience at a fintech, regtech, or compliance-adjacent company.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and enterprise pilot/deployment processes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 USD annually

Location

This role is based on-site in London, United Kingdom (near Waterloo St), 5 days per week. Candidates based in London, Ontario, Canada may also be considered with willingness to work on-site as needed.
