As the Program Management Lead for Emerging Markets, you will own a portfolio of market launches and ongoing retail operations, bringing strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and operational rigor to help us scale into new geographies.

- Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of market entry and retail programs
- Identify and assess risks specific to emerging market launches — regulatory, logistical, cultural — and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related matters with internal stakeholders and external retail partners in market
- Track key performance metrics across owned programs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable processes and tools across markets
Requirements
- 10-12 years of proven experience in international program management, including successful oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances, with experience working in international settings.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably experience working in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization.
